Kyle Harris


Started CrossFit in 2018 and have been doing it ever since. Fitness has always been a part of my life. In high school I played tennis, swam and dabbled in body building. During college, I played rugby for UNR and was a power lifter for a year before transitioning to Crossfit. I received my CFL1 in 2019 and Burgener strength level 1 in early 2020. I started coaching at Reno Powerhouse Fitness in the summer of 2020 and have been loving every minute of it!
