These fun 60-min conditioning fitness classes combine cardio moves, light strength training, and agility work into one intense sweat session. Burn more calories by varying the exercise styles and movements while maintaining an elevated heart rate. Circuit-style workouts — performing a series of moves without rest in between — provide a great way to condition the entire body at one’s own pace. These classes don't use no barbells, if there is weight it will be with dumbbells or kettlebells. Join us for a class today!
