RPHF Golf training can have a big impact on both your golf game and how your body feels. At RPHF Golf, our goal is to help you build confidence in challenging moments-then bring the strength, control, and movement skills you develop in the gym straight to the course.
If its been a while since you’ve trained consistently, expect a little soreness at first. For most people, about two weeks of regular workouts is enough to move past that “getting started” phase. The key is consistency–when training becomes a routine, soreness decreases and your energy levels climb.
With steady effort, you’ll notice improvements that translate directly to golf: better endurance, increased swing and ball speed, stronger and more stable movements patterns, improved rotational mobility, and better control of your heart rate and breathing. As your fitness builds, fatigue shows up less often–and your performance becomes easier to repeat, round after round. Class times can be found on the Schedule Page for our RPHF Golf class.
