I earned my Precision Nutrition level 1 certification to help other people with their nutrition and to improve their overall health.
I want to help people build healthy habits around food and exercise. I want people to see that there’s more to it than just counting macros or how much you weigh on the scale. I want people to realize that eating is an enjoyable experience and exercise is something where you can see what your body can do.
