Sal is such a great coach! He walks you through how to do each move and ensures that you’re being pushed hard but not to the point that you get hurt! I’ve improved so much as an athlete since coming here!!
It’s always stressed at the end of every class to CLEAN YOUR EQUIPMENT, which leaves the gym clean and a place you feel safe to slam your belly on the ground for burpees!
And my favorite part about the gym…. Reno powerhouse fitness really is more than a gym, it’s a family. There are always and getting in Beach WODS or runs together. We also do more than workout and it’s a fun place to spend an evening with friends!
